I had broken my ankle and wanted to resume my fitness training; improve my weight management, get rid of some aggression, learn new skills and be more disciplined- I chose boxing.
The only way to keep moving, forward, is having something to work towards (a goal). Our best successes, come after our greatest disappointments.

Sport naturally delivers a growth mindset and helps me in sharing and relating with others.
I do also have both an academic: engineering and musical: bagpiping, background, so can help inspire and motivate, across most fields, in detailing my experiences.
In the past I've been prone to forcing things in aspiring for the best, trying to "reach a perfect state" always searching, however in my learning, from such failed attempts, it's far more beautiful when the performance joins the result, naturally and harmoniously.
