Be the best that you can be in all that you do or in every aspect of your life or your training.

About me

I've always loved participating in sport whether during PE at school or at many of the after-school classes and clubs that I attended. This love has continued into my adult life.

I was encouraged to join a hockey club by my PE teacher when I was 12 and never looked back, representing club and country from U16 level through to the Senior Women's team.

Training and playing for Scotland made me who I am today, giving me the chance to develop many qualities and skills such as working hard, working effectively in a team and also teaching me many lessons in resilience, self belief and confidence when things didn't go to plan.
